Blogrlab Experiment #2: TheDoHE
To those visiting this website who are unfamiliar with my previous work, the DoHE is simply one of a number of experiments which I have in mind. The parent domain, Blogrlab.com, is what I call an online laboratory for experiments in human interaction. If you have further interest in my writings, you can navigate to my blog, blogrdoc.com/blog, as well. In the next couple months, as I ramp activity on experiment #2, more of my activity will be on this site.

How I Thought of 'The Database of Human Errors'Through my profession, I became familiar with what is known as the "8D problem solving process". Without going into any of the details, I'll just say that I saw how powerful a structured problem solving technique can be when applied to some of the most complex of problems. At work, every Friday, we would review the various "8D"'s and as I sat in the room (daydreaming, as usual), I thought to myself how cool would it be if the entire world chipped into a global 8D list. This is the kernel of thought that has led to this online forum which I call: The Database of Human Errors (pronounced Doh!)
The Elevator Pitch*Yes*, you learn by making mistakes, but anyone who has lived life *knows* that there is no shortage of mistakes to make. A well lived life is one that has done everything possible to make the most out of it. This is the basis for the value of life-regrets db. Come share your life regrets. Lets discuss it. If it's like a monkey on your back, maybe you'll get convinced by others that it's not so bad. Better yet - you might be able to convince others to avoid the same mistake you made.
